Rhode Island Farm to Institution Survey Report | NESAWG

This report summarizes Farm Fresh Rhode Island’s findings from a recent Farm to Institution research project. Seventeen growers, 21 purchasers and 16 processor/distributors contributed to this report, which examines the demand for Rhode Island-grown, lightly processed produce, as well as marketplace barriers to to institutional purchasing.
