Call for Papers for Tufts Future of Food and Nutrition Conference | NESAWG

Submission deadline: February 12th, 2017 at 5PM EST The Future of Food and Nutrition Conference, hosted annually by the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, provides a unique venue for graduate students to present original research related to food and nutrition. Historically, more than 200 attendees from over 30 different institutions have come together each year to hear students present research from fields as diverse as nutritional epidemiology and anthropology.  As a presenter or attendee, students gain valuable professional experience presenting and discussing novel, multidisciplinary research, and have the opportunity to network with fellow students and future colleagues.

Presenter Eligibility
 We welcome submissions from graduate students, postdoctoral scholars and early career research staff.

Conference Topics Research from all nutrition-related fields, either domestic or international in scope, is welcome. Examples of previous presentation topic areas include: Food and Nutrition Policy Economics Health Communication        Agriculture Cellular and Molecular Nutrition Nutritional Assessment Nutritional Epidemiology Food Systems                      Community-Based Interventions
